This popular event featured a presentation on the 39th annual Emerging Trends in Real Estate® 2018 report, published by PwC and ULI, as well as a local panel of industry experts who analyzed the outlook for Chicago area real estate. Topics included key emerging trends that will shape the real estate market in 2018, outlook on the future for real estate investment and development, and outlook for U.S. real estate property sectors, metro areas, finance and capital markets. The International Trade Association of Greater Chicago (ITAGC) hosted a luncheon program about trade with Indonesia. The event was geared towards the two-way goods trade between the U.S. and Indonesia, which in 2016, totaled $25 billion with $6 billion in U.S. exports and $19.2 billion imports to and from Indonesia.
