The Urban Land Institute Chicago (ULI) hosted a breakfast meeting to discuss the 2017 real estate forecast for the U.S. and Canada. Their guest speaker was Dean Schwanke, Senior Vice President of Case Studies and Publications at ULI. The keynote was followed by a panel including a representative from Deutsche Asset Management, Sterling Bay, and Pearlmark Real Estate.
